Owner + Chiropractor
Dr. Lauren was born and raised in Atlanta, TX. She graduated from Atlanta High School and then attended University of Central Arkansas. She graduated from Parker University in 2014 with a Doctorate of Chiropractic, a Bachelor’s of Science in Anatomy, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Wellness. Dr. Lauren has gone through extensive training to bring the best care possible to you and your family. She has 10 years of experience and a great passion for prenatal, pediatric, wellness care, and disc injuries specifically. She did her specialty training with the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) and continues to participate in post graduate training with the ICPA. She is Webster certified (for pregnant women), and is a certified National Spinal Decompression practitioner. She is Craniosacral trained and has a lot of personal and professional experience walking parents of kiddos through oral restrictions (tongue and lip ties). Her focus is to educate and empower you with the tools you need to make educated and informed decisions for you and your family regarding your health.
Dr. Lauren is married to her high school sweetheart, Frank, and has 3 kiddos—Franklin, Kennedy, and Raymond Bear. She loves her babies and wants to spend every moment she can with them when she is not at the office. She also enjoys running and weight lifting and being outdoors hunting or fishing!
Dr. Lauren is so thankful for you guys that she has already had the privilege to get to know and is excited to reach the rest of the Ark-La-Tex!

Associate Chiropractor
Dr. Savannah is originally from Atlanta, TX, and a graduate of The University of Arkansas. She obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Masters of Strength and Human Performance at Parker University in Dallas, TX. She also has her Perinatal Care Webster Certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
She has a lot of experience and a special interest in caring for student athletes, as well as mamas and babies! In her spare time, Dr. Savannah enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Razorbacks. She recently moved back home to Texarkana to be closer to family along with her husband, Chase, new baby girl, Charlotte, and golden retriever, Archie!
Dr. Savannah is excited to be part of the team at Allday Chiropractic + Wellness and serve the Ark-La-Tex community!

Katlyne Watson
OFFICE MANAGER
What is meant to be will always find a way! Katlyne worked alongside Dr. Lauren in a previous practice as a Chiropractic Assistant. ACW is incredibly fortunate that their paths crossed again at the most perfect time! Katlyne brings a wealth of healthcare administration and patient management experience to ACW, which will allow for continued growth and expansion in the Texarkana practice. Her professional attitude and attention to detail are only surpassed by her contagious smile!
Katlyne is married to Colton, and they have 2 children — Clayton and Cheyanne.

Carly Allday
CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT
Keeping it in the family! Carly grew up in New Boston, TX. Carly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M Texarkana and also attended University of Arkansas Monticello, where she played college softball. Carly is such an asset to ACW in many ways, but God specifically gave her the best attitude and genuine bubbly personality. To know her, is to love her! She’s smart and willing to do anything for anyone at any time.
Carly is married to Hunter, and they have 3 kiddos—Mack, River, and Bo. She loves being at the lake and being a baseball mom!
