Owner + Chiropractor
Dr. Lauren was born and raised in Atlanta, TX. She graduated from Atlanta High School and then attended University of Central Arkansas. She graduated from Parker University in 2014 with a Doctorate of Chiropractic, a Bachelor’s of Science in Anatomy, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Wellness. Dr. Lauren has gone through extensive training to bring the best care possible to you and your family. She has 10 years of experience and a great passion for prenatal, pediatric, wellness care, and disc injuries specifically. She did her specialty training with the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) and continues to participate in post graduate training with the ICPA. She is Webster certified (for pregnant women), and is a certified National Spinal Decompression practitioner. She is Craniosacral trained and has a lot of personal and professional experience walking parents of kiddos through oral restrictions (tongue and lip ties). Her focus is to educate and empower you with the tools you need to make educated and informed decisions for you and your family regarding your health.
Dr. Lauren is married to her high school sweetheart, Frank, and has 3 kiddos—Franklin, Kennedy, and Raymond Bear. She loves her babies and wants to spend every moment she can with them when she is not at the office. She also enjoys running and weight lifting and being outdoors hunting or fishing!
Dr. Lauren is so thankful for you guys that she has already had the privilege to get to know and is excited to reach the rest of the Ark-La-Tex!

Channing Moore, RN
OFFICE MANAGER
Channing is a Texas native, originally from New Boston, TX. She is a nurse by trade, but is so passionate and knowledgeable about health and wellness that she decided she wanted to spend her days with us at ACW as well! We feel so blessed to have her and if you know Channing, you can’t help but love her! She works hard at everything she does and has a true heart for other people. You will see her running around the office wearing many hats, and a big smile.
Channing is married to her husband Ben and they have 3 kiddos—Beau and twin girls, Ava and Ellie. In her “free time” you can find her bargain shopping and working out! -

Carly Allday
CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT
Keeping it in the family! Carly grew up in New Boston, TX. Carly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M Texarkana and also attended University of Arkansas Monticello, where she played college softball. Carly is such an asset to ACW in many ways, but God specifically gave her the best attitude and genuine bubbly personality. To know her, is to love her! She’s smart and willing to do anything for anyone at any time.
Carly is married to Hunter, and they have 3 kiddos—Mack, River, and Bo. She loves being at the lake and being a baseball mom!
